About
My deepest privilege is to come alongside you, listen as you share your story, and begin to help understand what happened to you. Past experiences shape some of how you view and process everything. I can help you explore those experiences, how they have affected you in the past and now in your current relationships, behaviour or thought patterns, and even how you perceive yourself, your kids, or your partner. Exploring some of these things together may open the door to curiosity, self-compassion, and also bring meaning and healing to your life. You will begin to notice you feel more "you".
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, integrating a person-centered approach, AEDP, Somatic and Attachment perspectives and CBT when working with individuals and couples. You will always feel safe, valued, accepted, and never judged. I integrate a culturally sensitive approach to your sessions. Please see my website for more information!
You've been through more hardship than you ever should have. But, there is hope! Beginning to explore and alter unwanted patterns, to understand, and love your true self: I am passionate about these things for you. When you feel safe, you can do your most vulnerable, wholehearted and courageous work. You can begin to experience self-compassion.
