I work with those recovering from difficult childhoods, navigating caretaking burnout, and breaking free from cycles of self-doubt, overworking, and people-pleasing.
I also love supporting highly sensitive people who feel deeply affected by the world around them and may struggle with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion and difficulty setting boundaries. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences have shaped your beliefs, patterns, and relationships today—so you can create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling
