My goal as a therapist is to steady you as you face whatever feels too overwhelming to face alone. You’re here because you need a change that’s hard to make happen on your own. I’ve been there, and I know how important it is to find the right person to support you. Sessions with me are marked by moments of hope, relief, and realizing. They are filled with consistent work that I compare to the process of removing splinters or untangling a fine gold chain. Through our work, you will gain knowledge and tools to create change in your day-to-day life and also deep healing in your inner world.

I will help you build a clear picture of your goal, ensuring it addresses your current challenge while also being in your realm of influence. Then I will guide you as you learn to speak with the wounded parts of yourself. You will learn how to support these parts of yourself with calm, compassionate curiosity so they can become vibrant and joyful.

My work draws on internal family systems (IFS), psychodynamic, narrative, and attachment-based therapies. I work with the general adult population, and specialize in (1) attachment/inner child wounds and (2) parents. I believe in your resilience, innate worth, and your capacity to have a fulfilling life, and I would be honored to work with you.

Group therapy for moms on mat leave where babies are welcome (yes, even if they're crying or breastfeeding!). Postpartum and mat leave can be exciting, overwhelming, transformative, and lonely. Join me and other moms to unpack your thoughts and feelings. Common topics include postpartum anxiety, depression, rage, loneliness, guilt, relationship challenges, identity loss, birth and feeding trauma.
