English
| Français My services cover a wide range of issues, including LGBTQIA2S+, polyamory, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, eating disorders, exploration of and guidance in the process of affirming one's gender, as well as support in managing stress, anxiety and many other psychosocial and mental health issues.
I use gender-affirming and neuro-diversity affirming approaches. I also use an intersectional and systemic approach in my interventions. I also draw on tools from different intervention models such as CBT, ACT, DBT and IFS, as well as focusing on somatic aspects and mindfulness.
It would be my pleasure to welcome you with compassion and genuine empathy in order to help you develop tools to improve your resilience in the face of challenging events. My priority is guiding you with focus on empowerment over your life situation but at your own pace and rhythm.
