In my practice, I offer a warm, empathetic, and compassionate approach to counselling. I work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve the goals they set for their healing. I utilise an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing on techniques from mindfulness-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused practices. This flexible approach allows me to tailor my methods to meet the specific needs of each client.
Creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment is central to my practice. I strive to help clients feel comfortable exploring both past and present challenges, and work to build a strong, collaborative therapeutic alliance. Together, we embark on a path toward healing and positive change.
