Hello and welcome! I am a clinical psychologist with an APA-accredited PhD. Over the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, injured workers, service members and veterans successfully manage PTSD, anxiety, chronic illness, pain, personality disorders, injuries, burnout, and existential crises. I work hard to improve my craft, which is the art and science of psychotherapy. I also provide supervision, consultation, research and education.
You can expect treatment to help reduce symptoms, but good therapy can offer more. Most people I work with report better understanding their patterns, becoming less self-critical and more self-compassionate, feeling more capable and in charge, improving boundaries and communication, developing coping skills, and managing emotions more flexibly.
