I provide individual psychotherapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, addictions, ADHD, caregiver burnout, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I support individuals facing chronic illnesses, health anxiety, emotional regulation, coping skills, work conflicts, relationship stress, and postpartum mental health.
