I bring years of experience with children and youth within the school system, as well as my own lived-experiences as a second generation Filipino-Canadian to help you navigate the challenges you may be facing. With my understanding of attachment and trauma, I hope to bring my clients a different perspective of their lived experience that can help them make improvements in their lives. I draw from various evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of each of my clients, as every individual is unique.
