Reaching out for help can be hard. I want therapy to be worth your time and energy. I combine Eastern and Western approaches in my work with a particular emphasis on somatic and mindfulness-oriented therapies. My personal journey led me into a 20 year voyage of healing through indigenous shamanic practices, vision quests, meditation retreats, and Western psychotherapies. Maybe you are curious about how to work energetically with grief? Or how to lean into the rhythms of anxiety in ways which are less reactive? Or perhaps you had a traumatic experience years ago and you haven’t felt the same aliveness since? Like a part of you left?
Perhaps you are interested in the interplay of thoughts, energy and our social conditioning? Meeting you where you at, I can support you in learning ways to relate to experience which include but go beyond traditional psychotherapies. For 15+ years I have been supporting clients with these skills in a variety of mental health clinics and hospital programs.

Groups
Group supervision for CRPO RP candidates
Group sessions focusing on in-depth discussion around clinical cases and ethical issues. Most candidates are working towards their qualifying exams. You will benefit from a sense of group support, experienced feedback and suggestions around clinical cases, acquire new skills in somatic, relational and eastern perspectives of therapy. Emphasis is also placed on developing gentle curiosity and inquiry around your inner process as it interacts with your work, with the aim to developing skills in holding deeper space and compassion for your clients. Sessions are 1.5 in duration, held online on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. $90 to $110 per session.
