I am Armaghan, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and the Founder and Director of Violet Wellness Center. With over 12 years of experience, I help individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences. My background in Developmental Psychology allows me to utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches focused on mindfulness and self-awareness to empower my clients.
In my practice, I employ methods including Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
In addition, I serve as an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BCACC where I mentor emerging counsellors to enhance their professional skills. Through my dual role as a therapist and supervisor, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for those seeking therapy for personal growth, emotional healing, or specific mental health concerns.
