Welcome! I am a trauma-informed Psychotherapist, Social Worker who works collaboratively to offer a client-centred approach promoting self-determination and autonomy. I draw from modalities I have trained extensively in including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, while combining internal family systems and mindfulness. I offer a non-judgemental space that is centred around your whole self, allowing you to explore your goals, identity, and strengths in order to heal, manage, process traumatic experiences and most importantly thrive. My approach is rooted in abolition, anti-oppression, pro-sex work, decolonization and harm reduction.
I offer a unique combination of professional skills and life experiences that draw from my 15 years of clinical work and advocacy centred on supporting sex workers, people with a history of houselessness, people who use drugs, and those who have been impacted by the prison system. I have been gifted several awards for my professional and community work.
