I work extensively with youth, families and IBPOC women that come from various demographics including cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. I understand that seeking mental health support may be difficult due to stigma. However, by taking charge of your well-being, you will gain greater happiness.
Depression, family conflict and issues that individuals face can lead to feelings of sadness, worthlessness, and anxiety. I offer you a warm space to be heard. Together, we will reach your goals by using person centered therapy models. My hope is that you recognize that you have the power to manage how you think, behave and regulate your emotions.
Change and healing happens over time, not immediately. Each individual has their own story, and I believe that you have the ability to write your own narrative.
