I'm Ariette, a therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can freely explore your felt experiences. Together, we will work toward healing, resilience, and clarity. As an East-Asian therapist, I am especially passionate about helping adult children of immigrants break cycles of generational trauma, reclaim their strength, and move toward a more empowered future.
Using an integrative approach to psychotherapy, I am passionate about supporting clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, inner child healing, and life transitions. Upon request, I also offer Christian counseling.
If you're interested in online therapy, I offer virtual psychotherapy across Canada (EST) with flexible scheduling options, including daytime and evening appointments during the week.
