I offer individual and relationship/couples counselling to adolescents and adults of all identities, partnerships, and relationship units.
I use a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to counselling influenced by harm reduction, person-centered, narrative, cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment, emotionally focused, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapies ($220 per 80 min session), and The Gottman Method.
Everyone deserves to be mentally and relationally healthy. I believe that, with the right support, individuals and relationship units can achieve success. My commitment to my clients is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where experiences can be shared and strengths can be explored, and to provide unwavering, unconditional support throughout the process.
