I endeavour to meet you wherever you are. My talk-based, collaborative approach integrates several modalities to effectively serve your unique goals and needs. My clients have often lived through grief, complex trauma, existential transitions, anxiety/depression, and identity challenges. I welcome all, especially those new to therapy.

Everyone's therapy looks at least a little different. I hold space, listen, and integrate. I provide adaptation strategies, highlight trends, and interpret or draw connections. Invariably, I welcome feedback. This is your space. I look forward to walking with you.
