About
I invite all who're willing to come to the table with an open mind, ready to do the work. You may not have a clear formulation of your specific challenges, needs, and goals (especially if you've never been to therapy before), but you have the urge to make a change and get the sense that now's the time to do it.
I endeavour to meet you where you are. My talk-based, collaborative approach integrates techniques from several modalities in the interest of effectively serving your unique goals and needs. Most commonly, my clients have lived through grief, complex trauma, existential transitions, anxiety/depression, and identity development challenges.
Everyone's therapy looks (at least) a little different. Sometimes, I hold space, listen, and absorb. Other times, I provide adaptation strategies, highlight trends, or interpret or draw connections. Invariably, though, I welcome feedback. This is your space. I look forward to walking with you.
