Most of all, they want a safe space where they can be seen without judgment, explore their story at their own pace, and begin to heal.
With training in medicine and psychotherapy across cultures, I understand the weight of trauma, migration, identity, and neurodivergence. I offer a safe space to explore your story, build coping skills, and find healing that honors who you are and where you come from.
