In my therapeutic approach, I strive to foster a comfortable, unrushed, and receptive environment where challenging and painful thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be explored. My aim is to be a calm anchor for those navigating complex relationships and life transitions. With a deep appreciation of diversity, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space and value working with various relationship structures, lifestyles, and professions.
I am currently an internship student in the Master of Counselling program at City University of Seattle, and am a Registered Social Worker (BCCSW) with 25 years of combined experience in Community Mental Health and Home Health settings. My approach emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and integration, grounded in Jungian and phenomenological perspectives
I believe that during internship training, clients should pay either a very low fee or no fee at all for sessions. If this aligns with you, please email me, and I will add you to the waitlist.
