Are you feeling overwhelmed by the effects of trauma, C-PTSD, grief or anxiety, and it's negative effect on you or a loved one? My mission is to guide you back to the parts of yourself that trauma silenced — your voice, your body, your faith, and your joy. Throughout my career, I have invested in learning proven strategies for helping people move forward in the direction of a more full and meaningful life.
For many years I have been studying the consequences of trauma on children and adults. Together we can look at various healing strategies to see which are best for you. We will consider trauma-focused modalities including EMDR, IFS, Expressive Arts, ACT, Sandtray and CBT when setting up your plan for success.
