I offer a collaborative space where you can bring your whole self, without pressure to be anything but who you are. My approach is IFS-informed and compassion-focused, allowing us to gently work with the different parts of you and how they influence your life today.

Healing often begins with a deeper awareness of the thoughts and patterns that shape your world. Together, we will explore these difficult feelings and the ways you cope. We will develop new strategies at a pace that feels safe for you. Our work focuses on moving beyond simply reacting to life’s demands, allowing you to live with more intention and purpose.

ACH Bank transfer, Cash, e-Transfer, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa

I offer direct billing for Medavie Blue Cross. For all other providers, I provide a detailed receipt to submit for reimbursement. As every plan is different, I recommend checking to confirm that your specific policy covers RCT-C. I accept e-transfer or credit card payments following our sessions.
