In my practice I specialize in couples and relationship therapy, including diverse relationship structures, 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals, parent–adult child dynamics, women’s issues, and supporting individuals navigating mood, personality, and emotional challenge. I work from a trauma-informed, feminist framework to create a compassionate, safe space where you can feel heard, honored, and supported in reconnecting with your voice, power, and confidence. My goal is to provide a space where connection can be made, stories shared and valued, and healing and growth can flourish.
I work with aspects of narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed CBT and other evidence-based modalities to assist individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and attachment issues. I approach couple's work utilizing Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method.
