With that in mind, I aim to do whatever I can to make the process as comfortable as possible. It is important to me to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each one of my clients, so that the therapy I provide can be unique to one’s personal needs. My goal is to help each individual overcome these hurdles and learn to cope with internal struggles in the best way that they can.
I believe that all your experiences, both positive and negative shape who you are, therefore I like to take the time to get to know each client so that together we can set individualized goals. I aim to have everyone leave with a better understanding of themselves and take a step towards overcoming whatever challenges they may be facing.
