I am trauma-informed and integrative in my approach, although I am heavily influenced by Attachment Theory and the interconnected role of our nervous system. I utilize a whole person approach, therefore learning about your own emotional parts and related somatic (body) systems can assist you in becoming your own best guide, regulator and support.
