My approach is 'you-centred,' to speak your language, tune into the approach that works for you, your nature and the challenges at hand. I want you to feel safe, genuinely cared about and that you have my full support. As this kind of work is so personal, I offer a ten minute phone conversation at no charge so you can see if we would work well together. Facing life when it's hard can be overwhelming, painful and serious. So, if we get the chance, laughter when possible. Let's team up to get your life back.
Have you two tried and tried and keep hitting the wall? It can end the same way with each attempt; feeling angry, hurt, misunderstood and lonely. I work with couples to shift from destructive patterns to connecting experiences, to create a place for the two of you that is safe and joyful.
I also work with clients for anxiety, stress, depression and anger issues as well as compassion fatigue and burnout so common now. As well, domestic, sexual and spiritual abuse, trauma, attachment and life transitions. For those who choose a Christian approach to life, I am a Certified Pastoral Counsellor.
