At the Centre for Anxiety, Attention Deficit and Trauma (CAAT), we treat individuals of all ages and provide therapy on an individual basis. Our clients typically suffer from anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder or agoraphobia or specific phobias. We are also specialized in treating depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I offer assessments for ADHD as well. The report may be used by your doctor to inform a medical diagnosis of ADHD.

I offer individualized care based on the needs and goals of each client. I provide cognitive behavioural therapy as well as general counseling, and also offer specialized services including comprehensive adult ADHD assessments and virtual reality therapy.
