I am a passionate individual and couples therapist specializing in anxiety, developmental disorders, attachment, relationships and family dynamics. I aim to provide a therapeutic space where both adults and couples can explore and learn new tools to manage their presenting concerns, while understanding where these patterns are rooted in our neurophysiology and "blueprints", helping them move into an empowerment and resiliency state of being.
As a practitioner, I aim to provide individuals with a safe space to explore their inner world. Deeply rooted in an person-centred evidence-based practice, while utilizing PACT, OEI, mind-body health, EMDR, trauma-informed anxiety and stress management approaches to healing.
As a woman, a daughter, a practitioner I can relate to the difficulties of taking the first step to acknowledging the need for support, and healing. I am a strong believer that we have an innate need to heal, and grow. As a practitioner, it would be my privilege to walk along side you on this journey, and I look forward to doing so.
