When we feel anxious, depressed, exhausted, isolated, lonely, lost or stuck for too long, it feels like we are caught in a web of pain. In order to ease the pain we may be drawn to addictive substances or behaviors to provide temporary relief. This might help in the short term but can have negative consequences if our addictive tendencies become destructive habits. At the root of our psychological pain are traumatic experiences from the past or negative attitudes toward our self. At our core we often have limiting or negative beliefs that keep us caught in a web of destructive habits. To heal, these beliefs need to be transformed.
I assist adults who want support in healing and transforming their psychological symptoms. Each of us has inner resources that can radically transform our life. Through compassionate presence, facilitation and guidance I help individuals clear barriers to their inner resources and gifts so they can thrive in their health, relationships and work.
For over 25 years I have assisted adults in healing symptoms like addictions, anxiety, burnout, depression, fatigue, grief, loneliness, and trauma. Clients have transformed negative beliefs, improved relationships, uncovered inner gifts, and changed unfulfilling work to work that gives them a fulfilling sense of passion, mission, meaning and purpose.
