I use a Trauma-Focused approach, focusing on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy, while expanding to tailor your care by immersing different evidence-based modalities that could help you best. For clients open to spirituality/religion within healing, I also specialize in Spiritually Integrated Practice (SIP).
Change can be overwhelming and sometimes, scary. It is also often the most needed step towards your healing and growth journey.
