Having 10+ years in the Health and Social Services Network and the community sector, I have been working with children, adolescents and their families in an effort to create healthy relationships. In addition I also strive to help children, teens and parents through their personal and family issues, work to defuse family conflict. I aim to help each individual who walks through my door to help them develop their personal growth. I create a judgment free and empathetic space so that you feel respected and heard. I take pride in my in knowing that each person that I meet achieves their goals.
My approach is strength based and holistic drawing on all aspects of the person's life. I am skilled in behavioural management, ADHD, family conflict and teen issues and youth mental health. My approach is personal and I offer in office or at home therapeutic services. From childhood trauma to personal struggles, I strive to make the impossible, possible.
