I am a RN Psychotherapist who has clinical experiences in Adult Outpatient Mental Health Clinic for over the last 10 years and private practice for 4 years. I have specialized in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness (MBCT), Dialectical (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and PTSD.
My goal is to create a supportive and safe space for a meaningful rapport. To help client's to develop the skills needed to cope with life's challenges. My approach is nurturing, non-judgmental and is rooted in compassion, empathy with a holistic point of view. I strongly believe that when a client feels seen and heard there is enormous potential for change
