Hi, I'm Anthony, a Master's level Registered Psychotherapist. In addition to my private practice, I work as a therapist at the Centre for Mental Health and Addictions (CAMH). I'm pursuing a PhD at Western University focusing on personality disorder research. The past 7 years, I’ve honed my passion for promoting mental health and supporting individuals through their personal journeys in community settings including crisis lines. My clinical interests focus on challenges related to attachment, complex trauma, setting healthy boundaries, overcoming people-pleasing behaviours, and addressing compassion fatigue.

I take an integrated relational and trauma-focused approach, incorporating Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My practice is eclectic, blending cognitive and somatic techniques to support each client’s unique needs.
