Hi, I'm Anthony, a Master's level Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). In addition to running my private practice, I work as a therapist at the Centre for Mental Health and Addictions (CAMH) and am pursuing a PhD at Western University. Over the past 7 years, I’ve honed my passion for promoting mental health and supporting individuals through their personal journeys in community settings including crisis lines. My clinical interests focus on challenges related to attachment, complex trauma, setting healthy boundaries, overcoming people-pleasing behaviours, and addressing compassion fatigue, particularly for first responders.
I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed approaches, integrating Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Polyvagal Theory. My approach is eclectic, blending cognitive and emotional theories to meet each client’s needs.
