I work primarily with 2sLGBTQIA and neurodiverse youth, adults, and their families. I support clients to explore themselves, their identities, and their surroundings in an affirming and anti-oppressive way. I have worked previously in suicide intervention and prevention, with transitional aged youth with dual diagnoses, with London’s urban FNMI population, and with residents of remote First Nations in Northern Ontario (James Bay / Treaty 3, 5, and 9 territories)
I provide warm, empathetic, and genuine support to explore your presenting concerns compassionately. I utilize “parts work” modalities such as IFS and Compassionate Inquiry, and also invite expressive arts such as art, music, movement, and drama to the therapy room as helpers.,
I offer a free 20 minute virtual consultation to meet, get to know one another, and assess if you think we are a good fit. Therapists are humans, and that means we are all unique - not all therapists will be a good fit for you, and that’s ok!
