I am a queer, non-binary clinician offering online and in-person services to individuals ages 13+. Whether you are navigating gender identity or sexuality, living with neurodivergence, dealing with trauma or loss, experiencing tension in relationships, or are struggling to feel like you are enough, I am here to support you on your journey to develop deeper self-awareness and self-compassion. Through gentle uncovering, compassionate support and creative expression I can help you find your way to a life of empowerment, authenticity and connection. My approach is collaborative and draws on a range of modalities including Art Therapy, somatic practices, and trauma informed perspectives to offer therapy that is aligned with your goals. It can feel overwhelming to reach out, but together we can explore the challenges you are facing and help you connect to your inherent capacity for healing and growth.
Art Therapy uses the sensory and visual aspects of art making to aid in the therapeutic process. Art making can be a tool for grounding and relaxation, while offering a tangible outlet for self expression. Through non-verbal communication and visual processing, Art Therapy provides insight and new perspectives that talk therapy sometimes cannot.
