I provide individual, couples, and family counselling using a variety of techniques, including person-centred therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy, among others. My passion and the foundation of our work together is built on forming a meaningful relationship that is supportive, caring, honest, and free of judgment.
