Being a human is hard - life can be painful and overwhelming. If you feel like you're overthinking and anxious, your self-critic is loud, you're tired but wired and at the mercy of emotions - you're not alone. As a therapist and nutritionist, I specialize in the bidirectional influence of our mental and physical health on wellbeing. I help folks understand and partner with their nervous systems and bodies, so that they can gain freedom from the past, patterns and perspectives that are holding them back. I work with teens (15+) and adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, big life transitions and trauma.
My integrative approach blends neuroscience, somatic practices, nutrition and psychotherapy. I am a Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR Therapist and use a multimodal approach, also pulling from ACT, DBT and Parts Work. Healing with me is purposeful - we focus on the "why" beneath the patterns, and we create real, lasting shifts, together.
If you are feeling stuck, limited or are suffering alone - you could likely benefit from support. Together, we can untangle what's keeping you in survival mode and reclaim your life with clarity and compassion. If you're curious about next steps, I offer a free 15 minute consultation. Email me to get started - I'd be honoured to join you on your journey.
