My approach to therapy and supervision is rooted in cultural humility, relational accountability, anti-oppressive practice, and deep respect for lived experience. I offer a warm, relational, culturally humble, and trauma-informed approach for children, adults and couples navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, and relational patterns. Together we slow down, build safety, and reconnect with the self beneath survival strategies. Healing begins when people no longer have to abandon themselves to belong.
