I analyze a set of your childhood memories/dreams you bring in - to figure you out FAST: personality style, inner dynamics, root issues, growth edge, hidden talents. I provide extensive feedback, then EMDR, NLP to architect change. I’m doing a 360 look at you, considering intra-psychic function. nutrition, lifestyle, cognitive style, other angles. I specialize in problems that have been unresponsive to conventional psychotherapy: OCD, Anorexia, etc. I use Jungian & Eastern wisdom, Ken Wilber, Ericksonian approaches, Internal Family Systems to engineer change on an unconscious level. I tend to be selective who I work with.
Your childhood memories/dreams you awaken with reveal personality, strengths, issues, provide the initial inroad to understanding you. Next we build resources/perform ego strengthening/restructure your personality. My work is technical - you could say like Pilates - and has been featured in dailies across Canada, trade magazines, conferences.
My practice is globally unique. I’m often dealing with clients who have puzzling symptoms not helped by conventional psychotherapy.
