I analyze your short essay/childhood memories/dreams you bring in - to figure you out FAST: personality style, intra-psychic function, core issues, growth edge, strengths, challenges. First, extensive feedback, a 360 that also considers nutrition, lifestyle, cognitive style, etc, then EMDR, NLP to architect change. I specialize in some (not all) problems that have been unresponsive to conventional psychotherapy (i.e. OCD). I use Jungian & Eastern wisdom, Ken Wilber, Ericksonian, Internal Family Systems to engineer change on an unconscious level. I tend to be selective to ensure best chance of success. (no substance abuse, BPD, etc)
Your childhood memories/dreams you awaken with reveal personality, strengths, issues, an initial inroad to understanding you. Next: ego strengthening/resource building to restructure your personality. My work is technical - you could say like Pilates - and has been featured in dailies across Canada, trade magazines, clinical conferences like Can. Psych. Ass.
My practice is globally unique. I’m often dealing with clients who have puzzling symptoms not helped by conventional psychotherapy.
