I work with teens & adults who identify as Neurodivergent, whether diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or on the beginning of a path of self discovery. Together we can explore identity, work on preserving energy in a highly demanding world, learn to unmask in a safe way, & work towards self-compassion and understanding.
I use Neurodiversity-Affirming & Trauma-Informed principles, which means always keeping safety in mind, whether that be physical, emotional, or sensory, & modifying our work together to be accessible and comfortable for you. If an approach isn’t working for you, it is my job to change styles and get curious about your needs, not your job to conform.
