ADHD, Autism, Complex Trauma, OCD, Mood, Anxiety. Hi I'm Annelise, it's so nice to meet you! I work with teens aged 15+ & adults who identify as Neurodivergent, whether diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or at the start of figuring it out; and those who have experienced trauma in their lives. As an ADHDer myself, I can understand how challenging it can be to live in a world not built for you. Together we can explore identity, work on preserving energy in a highly demanding world, learn to unmask in a safe way, break cycles that came from trauma, & work towards self-compassion and self-understanding.
I use Neurodiversity-Affirming & Trauma-Informed principles, always keeping safety in mind, whether that be physical, emotional, or sensory, & modifying our work together to be accessible and comfortable for you.
