I am a Licensed Psychologist who uses a variety of methods to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. In my work, I explore how structures and social constructs impact our experiences and understandings, and help clients develop stories that build on their existing strengths. I enjoy working with clients of varied ages. The most common problems I have worked with include BPD, depression, anxiety, and child-related concerns (i.e., trauma, attachment disruptions, behavioural concerns). My goal is to work alongside clients, as the masters of their own stories.
I use a variety of methods to help my clients achieve their therapeutic goals, including Narrative, Dialectical Behavioural, Cognitive Behavioural, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also use Theraplay in my work with children, youth, and their families. I specialize in psychoeducational assessments for all ages.
