Have you explored talking things through, but still feel there’s more your body is holding?
Life can take us on a wild ride—sometimes inspiring, sometimes exhausting, sometimes both. People I work with often come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn out by the day-to-day, and wanting a different way to make sense of what they’re experiencing.
I work with people who want to strengthen the connection between their mind and body when words alone don’t fully capture what’s going on. Through drama therapy, somatic exploration, movement, and creativity, we explore lived experience beyond words.
Sessions are experiential, curious, and sometimes surprising. My work is informed by ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing, with space for humour, clarity, and ease in our beautifully imperfect lives. Informed by my experience in acting, physical theatre and collective creation, together we will discover what approaches work best for you!
If any of this resonates with you, please reach out! I look forward to hearing from you.
