I am a trauma-informed therapist who uses a client-centered approach, incorporating a variety of modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs. I work with a variety of issues including: trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or other life stressors.
