I am an RSW & RCC offering traditional talk and specialized therapies. I provide Psilocybin & MDMA-Assisted Therapy to clients who have been granted legal access by Health Canada, as well as psychedelic preparation and integration therapy to the broader public as a harm reduction measure. For clients seeking rapid recovery from trauma and other mental health conditions, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a highly effective memory reconsolidation procedure. I also have a passion for working with individuals who use substances from a harm reduction philosophy which includes abstinence if that is one's stated goal.
My practice is founded on my belief that we each have an innate capacity to heal and that the answers we seek are already within us, though not always accessible in our current states of consciousness and nervous system. I incorporate somatic techniques from Focusing-Oriented Therapy into my practice to help clients deepen their mind-body connection.
With a gentle curiosity and an abiding compassionate presence, I help my clients reconnect with lost parts of themselves so they can live from a more whole and authentic place.
