I specialize in working with people moving through Life's varying transitions - in particular with our "role" changes such as pregnancy, parenthood, peri/menopause and also identity/self worth and esteem struggles. Life can stir up anxiety, depression, disempowerment, and loss of Self. I work to help ground you back to your inner strength, to Who You Are, and help you find ways to navigate the rough waters. Working with your inner landscape, we will seek to uncover your own often buried inner wisdom, reclaiming your strength and power.
As an empathic integrative counsellor, I hold a gentle, inclusive, and utterly non-judgmental space for you to release and process. We are all unique and so too will your healing experience be unique to you.
Through exploration, mindful intuition and collaborative strategy creation, we’ll walk together as you begin the journey of healing; (re)discovering your Self to a stronger, calmer, empowered You. I offer in person in downtown Kelowna, and online. Currently also offering low-fee Hypnotherapy sessions whilst completing that particular certification.
