I'm a bilingual (French and English) Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through challenges related to mental health, trauma, and interpersonal violence. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships.
