Have you been called “too much,” “too sensitive” or “dramatic” or told to calm down when you are simply trying to be understood? After hearing those messages for long enough, it’s easy to start believing something is wrong with you. You may feel emotions intensely, become overwhelmed quickly, fear rejection or abandonment, or find that relationships, work and everyday life leave you exhausted. Perhaps you are living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, neurodivergence, disability or chronic illness. You may appear capable on the outside while privately struggling.

I support people living with Crohn’s disease, IBS and other digestive conditions, including the anxiety, embarrassment, discomfort and loss of confidence that can accompany pain, urgency and unpredictable symptoms. You are not “too much,” and you are more than a diagnosis. Therapy begins with curiosity, compassion and being understood—not judged.

You don't have to have the right words, know where to begin or worry about being judged. You are welcome exactly as you are. We'll make sense of things together, at a pace comfortable for you, finding an approach that fits who you are not who you think you should be. When your ready, there is space for you here.

Holding Spaces is a supportive group for families who want to strengthen their home life before things get too hard. Over two weekends, families will explore what they want home to feel like—and how to get there. With one-to-one conversations and group activities (yes, including games, food, and music!), everyone gets a say, from caregivers to kids. You’ll meet other families, learn practical skills, and hopefully share a few laughs along the way. No previous experience with mental health supports needed—just a willingness to show up, share, and grow together.

Whether you're newly qualified, returning to practice, moving into private practice, changing roles, or simply wanting to reconnect with your confidence as a practitioner, this group offers a place to pause, reflect and continue growing. This reflective group is designed to support professional development, clinical confidence and ethical decision-making. It is intended as an adjunct to individual clinical supervision. Participants remain professionally responsible for their own practice, including maintaining appropriate supervision, practicing within scope of competence, meeting the standards of their professional college or association, and ensuring that any client material discussed within the group is fully anonymized.
