I specialize in supporting individuals with relationship issues, depression, anxiety and generational trauma. As an experienced, compassionate and empathetic therapist, I utilize a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with you to help you discover a path to living in a healthy space, enabling you to move forward with confidence in your day-to-day life.
As a practitioner, I utilize solution focused therapies including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and dialectic behaviour therapy (DBT) in combination with narrative therapy. I find this to have great success and allows me to evolve treatment in response to individual needs.
