Hi, I’m Anna—a Registered Psychotherapist, former teacher, business leader, and basketball player. I’ve also lived with type 1 diabetes for over 30 years, and that experience has shaped both my life and my work. I understand what it’s like to carry something invisible. The questions, the fear, the frustration, and the strength that can develop alongside it.
At the core of my practice is a deep respect for your story. I believe in resilience. Not the “figure it out on your own” kind, but the kind that grows in safe, supportive connection. I support children and adults who are navigating high pressure environments (specifically athletes), anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, and life transitions.

My role is not to “fix,” but to support you in discovering and reconnecting with your own strengths, wisdom, and capacity for healing.
