I specialize in serving clients suffering from PTSD and cPTSD; adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse; emerging adults (18–25); gifted or high-achieving clients; parents (incl. single, new, or expecting); grief; infidelity; breakups, separation, or divorce; healthcare workers; and first responders. I fit well with clients who are sensitive deep thinkers & feelers. I welcome clients of all abilities, races, cultures, neurotypes, socioeconomic classes, relationship structures (monogamy / non-monogamy), body sizes, sexualities, genders, and spiritual beliefs. I am an Associate at Laura Murton Psychotherapy.

I offer attachment-focused EMDR and talk therapy. I help clients find the medicine inside and resources to resolve trauma; feel more love, acceptance, safety & connection; dissolve shame; cope with distress; soothe painful emotions; find clarity about difficult situations; and gently clear obstructions to functioning at work, school and in relationships.

Anchored in a secure therapeutic relationship with me & from a safe base in the session room, my clients explore difficulties, process emotions, and work to identify what they’d like to change and how they will get there. My approach is warm, empathetic, direct, and non-judgmental. Client dignity, safety, and confidentiality are my priorities.
