We are all going through some tough times right now. Some of us have less energy or feel anxious and hopeless. Words like "anxiety", "stress", "depression" or "sadness" may come to mind. This is a unique period in time, and it is natural to feel uneasy. I use a psychodynamic, solution-focused approach, thus acknowledging your complexity and inherent strengths. Together, we will develop solutions from your unique perspective. I have provided therapy for individuals, adults with ADHD/ADD, couples and families. I strive to be honest and non-judgmental, while offering supportive and realistic strategies to improve your life.
I have worked with children and families for 15 years in social services and want to extend that to psychotherapy and assistance with parenting skills. I can empathize with couples and families and am open to communicating on various mediums. I am also passionate about helping to develop and maintain healthy relationships with loved ones.
As a therapist, my role is to listen without judgment, understand you and be there for you. I relate to how difficult life can be, and my motto is "come as you are".
